All of Roger Mfg’s molds are designed and built using the latest software and machine tooling technology in the industry. All of our molds can accommodate the needs of both low and high-volume production requirements.
Our tool room is fully equipped with:

Roger Mfg’s design engineers have over 60 years of experience in designing and building molds. This extensive experience gives our in-house team the unique ability to provide creative solutions to even the most challenging of manufacturing problems.
Our engineering department utilizes the industry’s best software program SolidWorks. When it comes to designing your mold they will asses the design, make modifications, and provide any recommendations based on key product requirements – including the usage and function of the mold.
